Waist-Hip Ratio Calculator

Calculate your waist-hip ratio (WHR) to assess your body fat distribution and cardiovascular health risk. WHR is a better indicator of health risks than BMI alone.

What is Waist-Hip Ratio?

The waist-hip ratio (WHR) is an important health indicator that measures the ratio between your waist and hip circumferences. It provides insight into body fat distribution and cardiovascular health risks.
